What We Believe

*In the verbal inspiration of the Bible

*In one God eternally existing in 3 persons: the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit

*Jesus Christ is the Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born to virgin Mary.  Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead.  Jesus Christ ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of the Father.

*All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.  Repentance is necessary and commanded for the forgiveness of sins.

*Holiness to God is the standard of living for God's people. 

*In the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

*After repentance and declaring Jesus Christ is Lord, the next act of obedience is water baptism.

*Divine healing is provided in the atonement of Jesus Christ.

*In communion or the Lord's Supper as a remembrance of what Jesus Christ did on the cross for all humanity.

*In the premillennial second coming of Christ.  First, to resurrect the dead in Christ and then catch away the living Christ followers.  Second, to reign on earth for 1000 years (Millennial Reign).

*In the bodily resurrection; external life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.
